Reviews are critically important to ensuring you develop and build up your online authority, which encourages customers to visit and buy from you. In short, the more positive reviews your business acquires, the better you'll rank within your search channels. That is because SEO factors in things like: 

1. Reviews

2. Ratings

3. What people are saying about your business

4. Generated content from your customers

5. Distance (ie. Google Maps) and; 

6. Profile activity

Your reviews will be sorted by integration type and their ratings. You can filter these out by location and rank by rating to focus on negative reviews for response. 

If you want to send a new review campaign, click 'Create Invite'. This will enable you to send a new SMS review campaign to a list you have created. 

Select the list you're wanting to send the review campaign to. 

Choose whether you're scheduling the review campaign or sending it now. Send times are based on your local time in your country, when you created the account. 

Enter the text which you'd like to send to your customers. Note - you're limited to 148 characters per SMS and 627 characters in total. If you include too much text, they'll be sent as 2 messages and increase your charges. Make sure you send simple and succinct SMS campaigns as these work best! 

Select your review location which you'd like to send the review from. 

Once you're happy with your content, then click next and review your campaign before sending. You can send yourself a preview by clicking 'Send Preview'. Note you will be charged for over usage of the previews and any previews sent. 

If you've scheduled a review campaign, hit the Send button and it will send at your scheduled time or Send it now!
